I had a really frustrating experience at the RIU Fisherman’s Wharf. While the initial anticipation for our family trip was high, it quickly turned sour due to cleanliness issues in the room and poor service regarding my misplaced retainer. On the other hand, the location was excellent for accessing local attractions, which was a major plus for us.

Unfortunately, our room had mouse poop in the bedding, which was utterly unacceptable. The initial suite we were given seemed nice, but the cleanliness was a significant concern.
